EMET is a business group and holding. We help owners see the real state of their business, make hard decisions and turn them into a system that works without illusions.
Why we exist
Owners are rarely short of advice.
EMET exists for that conversation.
An honest look at numbers, processes, people and decisions a business can sustain.
Why truth is at the center
For us, truth is more than a way of talking. It is the first node of the model we use to look at any business: numbers you can trust.
Truth
What in the company can be trusted?
If the numbers are assembled by hand and contradict each other, it's too early to discuss strategy. First, agree on which numbers to trust.
Principles we don't negotiate
01
We think like managers
The EMET group includes companies we own. We make decisions, carry them out and answer for the consequences, so we only advise what we would do ourselves.
02
The work continues after the diagnosis
Advice without implementation changes little. We turn the decision into roles, processes, metrics and a management rhythm.
03
We check first whether the business can handle growth
Growth without a ready system amplifies every weakness.
04
Technology only where it changes the economics
AI, automation and new platforms make sense when they change money, speed or the quality of decisions. We don't offer them because they're in fashion.
How we work
Some of the work we do ourselves. Some we do together with partners: accounting, legal and technology firms and individual specialists. Work that legally requires a license is carried out by partners who hold one. Who is responsible for what is agreed before the work starts.
The first meeting is free. Timelines and fees depend on the task, and we give them once we understand the situation.
International experience · Yes. Details are available on request at the first meeting.
We don't name our clients or the group's companies. We publish client results only anonymously and with the client's consent. We discuss our experience, including international experience, in person when we meet.
For a company that promises to tell the truth, staying silent about names may look odd. But the truth about someone else's business belongs to its owner, not to us.
