CLOSER TO YOUR EVERYDAY WORK
Real Odoo screens. Real tasks for your team. Open an image to explore the details.
01 / CRM & Sales
See every opportunity. Remember the next call. Prepare a quotation while the customer is engaged. Odoo keeps the relationship history close to the deal, so your team can pick up the conversation where it left off.
02 / Inventory & Purchase
What is available, what is reserved and when is the delivery due? A shared workspace connects purchasing needs to actual stock movements. Every move has a history, from receipt to dispatch.
03 / Manufacturing
Make your production plan actionable: materials, capacity and operations connect to the order. Operators see their tasks; managers see the workload. Quality control and equipment maintenance complete the production flow.
04 / Finance & Analytics
Invoices, payments and expenses form a connected picture. Managers report on operational data while the team works with documents in the same system. Statutory accounting requires an appropriate localization and, where needed, integration with your accounting software.
05 / Online & In-store
Build an online store connected to order processing. Add a point of sale for your physical shop. Product data and operations stay within one system, making it easier for customers to do business with you.
06 / Projects, service, people
What needs to happen, who owns it and when is it due? Organize projects, field work and customer support. Track time and plan capacity. Shared team information connects people to the work.
MAKE THE SYSTEM WORK FOR YOU
AI, right where you work: draft a reply, summarize information, help with search and perform permitted actions. Define an agent’s role, instructions and available tools.
Studio, AI agents and external API access depend on the plan. Some services may use paid credits.

A FEW MORE DETAILS
Make your next step an informed one.
Current Odoo terms ↗Yes. We select a process with a clear benefit, choose the required apps and launch the first phase. Other areas follow once the team is comfortable and the data is ready.
A CRM manages relationships and opportunities. Odoo can connect that work to inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, projects and finance. The right scope depends on your business.
There is a free Community edition and a one-app-free Odoo Online offer under the vendor’s terms. Enterprise and paid plans add capabilities. Configuration, migration and implementation are scoped separately.
Yes. Odoo can handle operations while your accounting software handles statutory reporting. We first agree on records, documents, data flows and ownership.
Having the Accounting app does not by itself establish compliance with local reporting. We check taxes, documents, fiscal requirements, localization and required integrations for your business.
We identify the required master data, balances and history. We check source quality, run a trial migration and reconcile the results before agreeing the production migration.
Options include Odoo Online, Odoo.sh and your own infrastructure. The choice depends on edition, plan, customizations and company requirements. Odoo.sh hosting is charged separately from the app subscription.
We start with standard capabilities and configuration. Studio helps adapt forms and workflows; more complex needs may require development. Studio, API and custom code availability depend on the plan and hosting.
Timing depends on process scope, data quality, integrations and team readiness. Discovery produces phases, acceptance criteria and a realistic schedule. A focused first phase helps validate decisions in practice.
Training follows real roles: a salesperson creates an order, a warehouse operator processes stock, a manager reads reports. Ownership and data practices should be established before launch.
Support scope is agreed separately: user questions, changes, integrations and system development. Vendor support and implementation partner services are separate components, documented in the proposal.
