Platform Implementation
Odoo, Bitrix24 and amoCRM, implemented around how the company really works. First we review the process, roles and data, then we choose the platform and configure it.

The core idea of this area
A system should mirror the process.
The self-assessment for this area checks whether the company is ready for an implementation: where the data flow breaks, who works around the systems and what should change in the numbers.

How we see it
Implementations fail more often because of preparation than because of the platform. If the process isn't described, the system will lock in the disorder, and the team will start working around it.
That's why our preparation usually takes longer than the configuration, and that's the right ratio. We launch on a limited scope, check the data and then expand.
When this area won't help
- We don't move existing disorder into a new interface.
- We don't choose a platform before reviewing the process, roles and data.
- A platform won't replace management discipline.
Partnership and choosing a platform
EMET is an official partner of Odoo, Bitrix24, 1C-Bitrix and amoCRM. Partnership gives us a direct line to the vendor and implementation experience. It doesn't affect our recommendation: if the process isn't ready or you don't need a platform, we say so before work begins. Odoo is our main platform.
Questions
Which platform do you recommend?
The one that mirrors your process. If you need to connect sales with inventory, purchasing and finance, usually Odoo. If the main need is CRM, tasks and team communication, Bitrix24. If sales run through calls and messaging apps, amoCRM. We make the final decision after reviewing the process.
Can data be moved from the old system?
Yes, if the data is accessible and the rules for cleaning, matching and checking are defined in advance. A migration without rules carries over the errors too, and they later become "historical".
Can Odoo run alongside 1C?
Yes. A common setup: Odoo handles operations, 1C handles statutory accounting, and the exchange between them follows agreed rules.
What about resistance from the team?
Check whether it's justified. If the system has made the work harder, resistance is accurate feedback. If it has made it easier, involving the team in the design and showing clear benefits for each person helps.
